Machining a Traditional Turned Spindle

Legacy's Conversational CAM (CCAM4) software allows you to combine two turning techniques to create turned spindles; tool profile turning and contour turnings.  When combined with Legacy's exclusive 5th axis for articulating the stock, CCAM4 allows you to machine parts up to 10 times faster than a traditional 4 axis CNC.  In this video we demonstrate a very traditional design that would normally be turned on a lathe.
